• Mission Statement: To provide safe, fun, and memorable experiences through premium soft play equipment and bespoke balloon décor services.

2. Booking Policies

1. Reservation Process:

• All bookings are made via Direct Message or Phone.

•A booking confirmation is sent upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Deposit Requirements:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% for orders UNDER £150. 50% for orders OVER £150 is required to secure your booking.

•The remaining balance must be paid 3 days prior to the event.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 DAYS before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 7 DAYS of the event will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling:

• Events can be rescheduled with at least 7 DAYS notice, subject to availability.

5. Rental Duration:

• Standard hire duration is 3 HOURS.Additional hours may incur extra fees.
